This looks like a delicious Green Dragon roll! The inside usually includes eel and cucumber, whatever other ingredients are added depend on the restaurant! This roll is almost always topped with avocado :3

These are pictures of the rolls I got at my favorite sushi restaurant in New York!(I didn’t eat all of these by myself, if that’s what you’re thinking! :3)
The One topped with avocado and eel sauce is the Dennis Roll! The 6pc one topped with the 3 different kinds of masago and eel sauce is the Barbara roll! The giant one(that we had already eaten half of) is the Jay Pee roll! :3
